Paralein is a combination of two medicines. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that causes fever, pain and inflammation (redness & swelling).

- Each 5 ml contain:
- Mefenamic Acid I.P. 100mg
- Paracetamol I.P. 250mg
- Flavoured Base syrup Q.S.
